Ron and the guys at the truck center are always very helpful. They have our vehicles ready in a timely manner. As a local landscape company we have about a dozen ford trucks that have been in there and we never have any complaints. By far one of the best dealerships we have worked with. Would recommend them to any ford owner.

The service department is terrible. In my particular case they botched two separate service appointments by claiming they didnt have a loaner and the other by calling me while im busy at work unable to get to the phone saying they need information or my appointment would be cancelled. They did this 15 minutes before they closed so obviously it wasnt getting done. The service department here is a terrible representation of Lincoln. They should be ashamed at their incompetence
When the door panel of my car buckled a few months ago, I brought it to the attention of Tanner Humerick, one of the service managers. The warranty had expired on the vehicle, but he worked with his management and Ford Motor Co. to help mitigate the cost for repair and ensure quality customer service. The replacement part was delayed a couple of times, but he stayed with the pursuit and secured delivery of the part. It was replaced just recently and looks great. Stay far far away from the service center. They lie, don't care about the client, and will give you the run around for their own mistakes. Had work done a year ago on a known transmission recall, have been experiencing issues ever since that they completely ignored every time those concerns were expressed, and now that there's an undeniable problem they want a bunch of money just to look at the problem... and it's no longer covered because we're just barely past the warranty period, even if the problem is due to their own im... read more
Brought my car in because my tire was going flat and it could not be repaired so I thought I had to buy a brand new tire. Brandon, the sales rep who sold me the car reminded me that I had purchased the total care package and that my tires should be underneath warranty.
