I had warranty work done on my new truck, bought here, and when I got my credit card bill , I was charged $300 personally, for the rental they told me to keep until the truck was finished. I repeatedly went in and talked to service manager who told me he did not know where money would come from to reimburse me. I have yet to see my money.
I had a no hassle deal with Sales Matt was my salesman and i gave him my offer over the Text and phone without going down to the dealer until signing for a 2018 Mustang GT. Service was Great I got what i wanted and Finance, Finance officer was great as well. I wish i could join the VIP club but leaving out of state. thank guys love the Car.
After my ‘15 EcoBoost was toast, John in their service department worked tirelessly to make sure Ford would honor their product and take care of me. He did an exceptional job, and got my car back to me with a new engine in no time. Thanks for being an amazing dealership, with an even more stellar service department. We’ll definitely be clients for life, thanks to John Devlin.
Other than the price of my car - everything else with my purchase has been a disaster. It took about 5 hours at the dealership to get it done. This was with zero negotiation on the trade in, no financing, no magic coatings, etc... just 'trade, and check'. They lied to me at first about whether or not they could transfer a PA tag. Then finally claimed they had it done, I have now received a brand new plate as well - in my wife's name! so now there are 2 plates for this car and its registered twice as well?
