I met a technician called Joe W. This guy is a dynamite. His service to me was beyond expectations. This gentleman's technical knowledge and experience blew my mind. This is the kind of employee who flies the flag of Sheehy Ford and makes me want to come back and talk positively about the company.
The service here is exceptional. It’s funny because it’s the kind of service you would expect at a luxury car dealership; but at the local Audi dealership, well the service stinks! The people at Ford are friendly, proactive, caring, and basically everything you want in your people if you are running a business. Love it!
Just needed a small items from the parts desk but the guy I talked to on the phone was super helpful and he was the one I saw at pickup and he was equally friendly in person might need to change preferred dealer from the guys in fredneck to you
I just purchased my truck there a couple days ago and I am very satisfied with the service. Lamont Brown was our sales person and we loved him and the price he was able to give us and he has a great sense of humor
disappointed , had hard time to purchase with them, run your credit even when you please them to not do it , run your Equifax credit score to check your criminal background . really funny never heard that before . now the car I just purchase 4 days ago left me right in the middle of the highway . bravo👏
Customer Service is lying to your face and than will charge you 10 times the amount they told you before. If you talk to the manager he will tell you he must believe what his workers tell him. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
