My wife and kids visited on Sept 16, 2018 to possibly buy a Ford Edge. After walking around the showroom and parking lot for 15 min we decided to leave. Not one employee even acknowledged us and we were the only customers there at the time. My money must not be good enough for Sheehy Ford.

My mom had a terrible experience at a Ford dealership in New Jersey. So I took the car to Sheehy in Gaithersburg while I was on vacation in the DC area. Richard Read did his job too well! We had some miscommunication about the number of keys I wanted made (I originally said 3 and then called at 9pm and left a message requesting only 2). After I had trouble with communications with the shuttle service, Tanner was so apologetic. He said he would forward the recommendation to get the drive better phone/reception. (And did an adjustment to the bill) The shuttle phone had poor quality reception and on call back the call went to a full mailbox. Don't leave people waiting for Shuttle with no method of checking on ETA. It gives them lots of time to complain
A big shout out to salesman Andre Hammond for a great experience at Sheehy. You made selecting and purchasing 2 vehicles fast, almost painless...lol... and hassle free. Thank you to Mahad also for your assistance and for answering all my questions when I came in before Andre's shift. Alex in finance was awesome and speedy in closing the deals. My husband and I are very happy with our 2 new Fords!!!!
