Stopped in to get my tire plugged after discovering I had ran over a nail. Tanner, Joe, Lee we're very friendly and professional. My car was in and out within 10 minutes. I don't see any reason I wouldn't take my car back for any services. These guys were great!!
Service department is great. Tanner took excellent care of me. Car got fixed in a day and worked with warranty for payment. Overall good experience.

Tanner (service dept.) is great; he always takes good care of me when I am in for service. Today I had a nail in my tire and he took care of it right away. I will always ask for him whenever I take the car in for service.
Great service. I had transmission issues. My service rep updated me diligently. He reviewed my service and warranty agreements to ensure I received the coverage I should. All the staff was friendly. I also had the 40k service. When I mentioned the rebate to the cashier she submitted the rebate for me.
Would never buy a car from this establishment. Salesperson Brandon Evans was completely rude. Tried to sell me a truck at a higher cost than advertised price. When I asked about first responder/veteran discount he replied that they had already reduced the price enough.
Based on the Sheehy website, the car dealership had few F150 Limited models available so i decided to go see if i could test drive one. After spending 30-45 minutes walking around the parking lot to try and find one and no one checking with me to see if they could help me find what i'm looking for, i decided to leave. I'll see if i have better luck at Koons Ford.
