My first time there for my first maintenance check at 6000 miles on my new lease from Great Lakes Ford in September in Muskegon. My 2003 Murano purchased new in 2002 died"!!! Yikes. The staff / personnel were great. The waiting area was very nice as well. Thanks Sheehy Ford.
Tanner, in service was very nice. My hybrid was in for an oil change with free tire rotation and 30,000 mile check. Had a coupon but forgot it but was able to email to Tanner who printed it for me. Scheduled on Saturday, they were busy and told me about 2 hr wait, which was fine. No shuttles on the weekend so sat in lobby to wait. An hour later, Tanner came to me with a quote for the two filters and less than an hour later, was on my way with both filters replaced and a nice freshly washed car. Dropped my truck off for a scheduled appt. for an oil change, tire rotation, car wash, and low tire pressure on one tire from a screw. As a VIP member it was all free!!! Thanks so much Tanner H. for taking care of me!!! You did exactly everything you said you would and kept me informed while I went to dinner with friends. Very polite and professional!!! Thanks so much kid!! I foresee a big future for you at Sheehy!!! Hope you are still there on my next visit!!!!

I've had nothing but good experiences at Sheehy for both sales and service. I just picked up my Edge from service and once again it was prompt, friendly service. Tanner in the service department kept me up to date and helped get the new Sync3 with CarPlay up and running in my vehicle.
Dropped my SUV off at 7:30 am for VIP oil change and tire rotation... called at two for a status update.... and was told that I'd receive a call back within an hour.... I had mentioned that my check engine light was on.... (money... for Ford)... never got a callback... called for a shuttle ride back to the dealership.... low and behold... my SUV had just gone up on the lift.... and I was told it would be another 30-40 minutes.... got to leave at 7:04 pm... what the heck..... so much for good service... my daughter is looking... read more
It's a good service department. They have maintained my last couple of vehicle's.
Myrtena was amazing! She's very insightful, and interested in her clients. She isn't pushy or obsessed with numbers which is a big breath of fresh air. It was incredibly easy to talk to her and she made me feel confident with my purchase. The following day I had to drop off my second key for the car I was trading in and she came to meet me on her day off to explain the Ford press app. I'm super happy we chose them, and are very appreciative of the wonderful experience.
Took both of our Ford Fusions in for service--excellent professional job by Tanner Humerick our service advisor and the auto technicians! Thanks guys!
