It was a great buying experience everybody there is very very friendly and efficient and very patient and explaining everything I needed to know and answered all my questions it was a very short and painless experience and I recommend David Lewaldto anybody it's interested in buying a car just stop by and see and I'm sure he'll answer all your questions thank you again for the great service
Poor communication, do not make you feel valued. Even as a potential repeat customer. Bad service overall. When my lease is up, I will no longer be a Ford owner or customer. I am purchasing another truck from a different brand.
My fiancé and I purchased a car here it has been nothing but problems our extended warranty doesn't cover hardly anything ;( smh customer service sucks ! I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from here . Now we are looking at $1000 in work for a car we clearly we over paid for . Shame on Sheehy they can only say " you purchased a used car " ! They want no parts of helping us .
Great experience overall, especially the service people and the lady who helped with the tag and title and license plate! I had to take away one star for the "nice" service provided by the salesperson, which could have been more sincere.
Michael sold us our first puck up truck. He's also sold many cars to my father over the last 20 years. His dedication to his work and the people around him is so admirable. He made us feel so comfortable and answered all of our questions and we even got dinner while we were there and they had sandwiches for all the employees that day and they offered us dinner which was very nice. Mike sold me both of my Escapes and they are still my favorite SUV's! The 1st lasted over 230,000 miles and my 2nd is a 2008 and at 206,000 and still going strong! Thank you Mike! You're right when you said the Escape sells itself!!
This is a wonderful dealership. I bought four cars here. Every person I've dealt with has been knowledgeable, kind and professional. I continue to bring my car in for regular servicing like oil changes and they do a wonderful job. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had a great experience with the service team, specifically Joe Walsh my service advisor. They scheduled me right away and quickly fixed my Ford Edge. I really appreciate the great communication and a friendly service team.
