I called yesterday and left a voice mail with the service manager with no return phone call. I will never allow any of my vehicles to towed or worked at this locate. What terrible communication and horrible service provided.
Took my Ford Explorer for a recall fix and the customer service was very kind and helpful with information. They also did a thorough engine check and gave me a checklist of my vehicles health. My next car will definitely come from this dealership.
The dealership and sales staff are fine. But the service department is horrible. I am a VIP customer who made a service appointment for 7:00 AM today for routine service. I took the car in and at 5:00 today they had not even taken the car into the service bay. This is not the first time time this has happened. 11 hours with no service E and no reasons why. I am never taking my car there for service again even though it is less than 2 years old. Sure you can buy your car or truck there but take it some place else for service.... read more
After voicing my opinion on facebook yesterday about my problem with setting up appointments for oil changes I received a call from the General Manager Shawn Lynes today and appologized and he has fixed the situation. I am truly happy that he would take the time out of his busy schedule to talk and to make the situation right. I am a happy customer now thank you Shawn Lynes !
If you want a new Ford, like I wanted a 2014 Ford Mustang, then I highly recommend that you give these guys a call. These guys will work with you to get you the car you want at a great price! I am very please with the guys at Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg and I would recommend these guys to my family and friends, for sure!
After an online search, we came to Sheehy Ford from Leesburg, VA to look at a used F-150 to add to our company fleet. We were helped by Nick Constantine who was very straightforward and a pleasure to work with. The process went smoothly and after being helped by Michael Zeller in the finance department we were on our way. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. One of the quickest car purchases I have experienced. Thank you!
