I have had several friends with poor experiences from this dealer. The customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible, if you want to get scammed and ripped off, this is the place for you.
What a bunch of sharks. I trust Ford, but these flaccid needle crotches make them look like Chevy's. Customer service was absolutely horrible. I had to wash my hands TWICE from the grease on the gumba's hands after we shook at the introduction. Basically looked right through me to my wallet. Definitely not worth the time, energy, or possible herpes scare you might get going to this place. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
If you consider buying a ford read this first. I purchased a service truck Ford Transit 350 HD. I drove it for 5000 miles and was involved in a fender bender less than 10 miles per hour. After receiving a estimate for over $4000 I am still waiting for parts two & half months later. I called the general manager to complain and never received a phone call back. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the past few years and have had all of them serviced here. I have always received a fair deal each time, each time I have had my vehicle serviced here the service has been excellent. Now that waiting room has been remodeled, the customer service is perfect.
