Absolute train wreck of a service department. Came in for a recall (and that's the ONLY reason I came in) on an item and an oil change. They said they would run a bunch of diagnostics but the total would be about $1500. I said "no way". Just do the oil change, the diagnostics, and the recall - and let me know if anything needs to be fixed. I just got a text that says my car is ready. No call to go over if anything needed attention. I will NEVER go to this dealership ever again! Long story short they sold me a vehicle with several problems. Only having it for a month I talked to the manager about taking the vehicle back to get a different vehicle and they treated it as a regular trade in after everything I went through with them and immediately took photos of the vehicle same day that it was taken back and put it back online for $2000 more than what I bought it for so now someone else is going to be stuck with the problems because they do not care to fi... read more

I got the pleasure to work with Armik today to buy my new vehicle at the exact price I was looking for. The one on one communication was on point from start to finish. Armik was able to help me navigate the different features of the vehicle and the differences between models. Went for oil change only. They broke a wheel stud & and then ran into aa pole in parking lot.
