Malo L. was our service person today, and I gotta tell you, he was great! Went above and beyond to make certain our AC was working properly and also to remedy a problem I was having with drainage of water from the humidifier on the A/C. Just had ServiceOne out to repair Air Conditioner unit. Erich R was the technician and did an excellent job. Found that a mouse had chewed through a wire so repaired that and then proceeded to clean coil unit as it was extremely dirty. I am very impressed with the service provided by ServiceOne and Erich.
