We have had this service for two years now and have never had a bad experience! You are truly a lifesaver! The day we brought our newborn twins home from the hospital, our furnace wouldn't work and it was October! They had a technician out within an hour and got it up and running! Cliff G was great!!!!!!!! He was professional and pleasant, he worked quick and took care of our furnace on both occasions of service. we have been with Service-one since 2009 and have never been disappointed. RecommendedCliff was the tech who came to service our furnace for the winter! He was very quick and courteous. The biggest help was his knowledge of filters. He saw what we purchased, did not install them and recommended what would work better for our furnace. This was very helpful and we appreciate his input and honesty. He could have just installed the filters, saying nothing, and then, possible burn out of our furnace fan/motor!!! That would have been a disaster! Thank you, Cliff G.
