Cliff G. from ServiceOne was just here to give my furnace a check. He gave the furnace the once-over and pronounced it working very well. He was so friendly! It's always nice when the service techs stop and chat a bit -- makes you feel like a valued customer. Cliff has a nice, firm handshake too! He is a good representative of the company.
Chris M. came out today to fix a clogged kitchen drain. Very professional and thorough. Explained what to do to maintain our drains in the future. Really excellent service. Thanks, Chris.

RecommendedThe icemaker on our refrigerator stopped working and Service One sent Kevin M. out to repair it. As it turns out it needs to be replaced and so Kevin ordered one. While he was here he also showed me how to replace the filter on our humidifier. Kevin was very helpful and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Malo L was my technician. He was the most thorough one I have ever had. He even cleaned my furnace filter. He explained what he was doing. He went out of his way doing the routine furnace check. I will ask for him in the future. Thank you Malo.
ServiceOne's Cliff G. came out this morning to checkout the humidifier and furnace for our house. He gave me call to let me know he was coming and was right on time. I liked that he wiped his feet really well before coming in the house. It was a yucky, wet day out and most people don't think to wipe their feet. I really appreciated that he did that! ServiceOne had to replace our 13 year old water heater today. As promised, they were on time, got the work done and were professional throughout. Very nice guys. This is my FOURTH visit from ServiceOne (on different issues) and each time they were awesome!
Cliff did an excellent job when he came to our home to make sure our furnace was working properly. He was very professional! He even shook hands and wished me a Merry Christmas! I really liked that!!
I have had a Service One account since 1990. Their tech's do a good job mostly. I have no problems with them at all except for one time when a customer rep got smart with my wife on the phone. I also had a A/C failure on a weekend and was told that everybody was at a company party so I had to call some other company. I also had a sewer back up again on a weekend and could not get someone there to answer the phone and again had to call another company.
