I would not recommend this company to my WORST enemy. Horrible customer service. Very rarely does the service technician call before arrival as we are informed they will do. And more than once we have had things not fixed properly and have to call someone out again. They will find a way to take your money for any small thing. They take advantage of the little people. Find somewhere else to take your business.

RecommendedWe have only had one visit with them, but they had to order a part and will be coming back. Cliff called first thing in the morning, and he said he was on his way out. He was at my house within 15 minutes. It only took him 20 minutes to figure out the problem. He was prompt and very nice. They will be back out later to fix the problem.

A/C stopped working this afternoon of course after 5 because it seems nothing will break down during the normal work day! Called Service One, Larry M called us back shortly to assess over the phone what was going on. He advised of the charge to come out and that he may or may not have any required parts on his truck but we told him to come on out anyway, we'd take our chances. SteveB, the electrician who came to fix our problem, was efficient, polite and helpful. He explained why we were having trouble with our fluorescent lights (not the problem he was fixing) and how to remedy it. If we have any other electrical problem we will request that he come to fix it.
