ServiceOne came out and serviced our air conditioner. Stephen B. found several parts that required replace. He was friendly and courteous and explained all that he did. Very satisfied with the service and the serviceman.
Our Service Pro Alan D was friendly and took the time to explain the issues with our AC and provided tips for appropriate maintenance care that we could perform to keep our system working longer. The issue he came to fix was resolved quickly and he used the remaining time to check our freon levels and to help with small things like securing a loose rain gutter. We continue to call ServiceOne because they continue to provide excellent service. Thanks!
8/31/16--ServiceOne contacted me on 8/30/16 letting me know there was going to be a tech in my area and asked if I would like to get my furnace and AC unit checked for the season (I already have a contract with the company). We set up an appointment for the next day. Jesse S called me to 20 minutes before the time window we had set for the appointment to verify I was home. RecommendedI called for water pooling at the bottom of my fridge. The service technician was Tyrell and he was great. He fixed the problem, showed me what had caused it and even vacuumed the dust from the back of the fridge. He did all this in under an hour. Thank you!
