RecommendedNo heat on a Sunday morning in Nebraska winter. Argh! Fortunately Cliff G was on call that morning for ServiceOne. He had our furnace diagnosed, repaired (part in the truck, ignitor), and back in service in under 25 minutes. He even pointed out how we could have prevented the failure. Very pleased with his repair and professionalism.
I called yesterday and was able to get a service technician out by early evening to inspect our furnace (which wasn't working). We just moved in. Cliff arrived and found the issue right away and let us know he'd look into why the issue hadn't been found or serviced prior to our house purchase/move in
Excellent service, very friendly. Was able to fix the problem and explain it in a way I could understand.
I’m still happy with our decision to go with ServiceOne. We needed an annual A/C check up and Larry M was very personable, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He also reviewed what we needed to do for monthly maintenance, so I was completely satisfied once again and highly recommend ServiceOne to anyone who owns a home! Only reason I didn’t give 5 Stars was because I had to wait 6 1/2 hrs before the tech arrived.
