Alan did a great job on our AC unit. He gave a call ahead, so we knew he was on his way. Worked efficiently and explained what was being done. Very knowledgeable and professional!
Called service one late in the evening of the previous day. Air conditioner not working. Was surprised that they were able to get to me the very next day. Our tech Dennis S. Came in and immediately diagnosed the problem. I guess experience pays. Checked the inside unit then went outside and found a dirty condenser, which I thought I had been cleaning, and a mouse nest in the electrical box. Alan D was are service rep, He called to let us know he was on his way. Very prompt and courteous. Don't always like what is said but your going to get the bad news from someone. I would always recommend Serviceone for homeowners it is well worth the cost, Thx again to Alan D
RecommendedAlan was surprisingly pleasant on a very hot, humid day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the air blowing cold in no time. We are very happy with his performance and attitude.
Just called for my first time with an issue with my heat pump not working. The earliest available appointment is over 1 week out. Weather forecast is for highs in the high 80 up to 97 degrees for the next week. Not off to a good start with this company.
Kevin thank you for your great service fixing the outside faucet and finding that tiny hole in the pipe that could have caused way more problems. I appreciate your professionalism and courtesy and further helpful hints. Also thank you for being so prompt.
Advertising did not match the service we received. Customer service was rude and very unhelpful. They were just in it to sell us something. Charged us a service fee and did not repair anything.
