We have ServiceOne as a "inclusion" when we purchased our home, They had a free system check so we called and they sent out a tech Alan D. was out guy that day and he was on time & professional the entire call, even going above what was scheduled to fix a leak or space in our ductwork that was losing air. We have since renewed our yearly package with them and will tell all about our great experiences with them going forward.
ASK FOR DON!!! When I bought my house a warranty from ServiceOne was included. My oven broke a couple months after moving in and recently my dryer broke as well. Don actually came both times and was so great to work with. He was kind and patient and beyond helpful!! I'm so grateful that I had this warranty when buying my house. I will probably end up getting a new warranty next year. Thank you!!
Have had several great experiences with ServiceOne Technicians. Both were prompt and very courteous. The AC tech that combed our AC vanes staying on the very tedious job and did a good job of cleaning up. Thanks, Joaquin, for your service on time, fixing the problem with our dishwasher, being patience and explaining the problem as well as explaining how to maintain the machine for years to come. Very courteous and fun as well as professional and getting the job done. This is why we pay the bucks each month.

34 year old AC went out; told that they couldn't replace it, but they'd offer a credit to upgrade. Takes almost a week to get installed, company doesn't even check to make sure it's working. Fast forward to one week later & hasn't worked at all. Repair guy comes out acting like he's been inconvenienced by my need for a functioning unit & repeatedly tells me there's nothing he can do for hours - fine. Had our main sewage downspout clog on a Sunday morning. Chris M showed up when he said, finished when he said, charged what he said and cleaned up after himself. Kinda hard to go wrong with that. Also he was courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns.
