RecommendedMy washing machine decided to take a vacation 2 weeks ago. Called ServiceOne and they sent Tyrell D. out to the house. Tyrell was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He researched the problem and narrowed it down to 2 possible problems. He called a fellow tech to compare ideas before coming to a final conclusion. This is the first time I have owned a home with a Service One contract and frankly, I was hesitant to use it for fear of "hidden charges", but there comes a time when the temperature in your house gets so low that even hidden charges are a welcome risk.
