I don't know when I've had a technician do such a thorough job. Even though it was late in the day, Alan took the time to test everything on the inspection list and even repaired some things that were not done correctly when the furnace was installed. (FYI: ServiceOne did not install my furnace.) He was very personable and took the time to explain to me, in layman's terms, what he did and why. Talk about the best experience ever! Tom R, Dennis K, Adam M and Kevin S thank you so much. What a team. They came and installed my new HVAC system in a very short time. Had it running no problems at all. I was just amazed. Dennis K explained everything to me i.e. changing humidifier pad, filter, explained the best setting for my humidifier who knew. I do now. If you need a new system I would recommend ServiceOne for all your needs.
Just received a bill for the annual furnace maintenance I had completed, a maintenance I was told was included in my service contract. When the service was scheduled we once again verified it was included, now were told ANY reason someone comes to your home will result in a charge. If this is the case then ITS NOT INCLUDED.
We’ve had ServiceOne for a year and had to call them twice and both times they’ve resolved our issue in a timely and courteous manner. Larry M. came out this morning and fixed our furnace for us and we couldn’t be happier!!!
My furnace quit working a week ago. They ordered the part. I called them today and the soonest they could come fix it is Wednesday. Mind you this is Friday and we are having 20 degree weather this week
Alan D. was here to inspect and repair our furnace. however, its an old unit and after careful inspection, found some parts that were broken beyond repair. He explained everything in a professional manner and told us about our options. we've been a customer of ServiceOne for over 20 years, and will continue be a customer.
We love ServiceOne! Larry M. Came out to service our HVAC & AC, VERY knowledgeable and VERY professional! ServiceOne never lets us down!
