RecommendedDennis S, this call was for a standard furnace check up. He explained as he was doing the very in depth check up of the furnace. As very impressed with the through checking of the unit. No major issues were found. I have had a Service One for many years, and plan to continue with their service.
RecommendedFurnace went out on Friday night - called ServiceOne, and Alan D. came to the house to diagnose the problem. Determined it was a blower motor & placed the order. ServiceOne got the part and installed it for us on Saturday. Great job!
The service I received last Friday was excellent from the time I called at 7:00 am until my furnace was up and running again. Thank you for being kind, professional and knowledgable.
Busy day as always...started dishwasher and noticed water in sinks backing up. Called Service One and they coaxed me thru non-invasive ways to remedy a probable frozen pipe. With no results my service man was here within 2 hours. Kevin M. was so polite, clean, and knowledgeable of his territory. His explanations were precise as he worked in his efficient manner.
