RecommendedMy sink drain had supposedly been fixed by another employee of Service One, but it still backed up badly. Chris M. came and spent a great deal more time & effort than the first guy and not only took care of the problem: he told me all the ramifications of drains & pipe sizes in an old house. He basically gave me a crash course in what was going on and what I should do to avoid this issue in the future. Mike L had replaced our outside water a couple years ago, and due to a bad part it hadn't worked correctly and we didn't use it much. Mike was very professional and showed true compassion as I just couldn't understand why this wouldn't work the way it was intended. He was able to fix the the part that was defective and it works great. Since we have been a member for many years with Service One he fixed this at no cost to us due to the defective part. Don't waste your money. Covered items aren't really covered once you actually need service. Lying scammers.
RecommendedTook a few days to get to us thanks to the stormy weather, but Chris R was courteous, meticulous, and professional. Thanks to his thorough troubleshooting, he found the source of the problem - which was not our AC unit at all - and corrected it on the spot. Had us up and running in less than an hour from start to finish. Thanks Chris!
Nothing but issues. This is the worst company I have ever used. 2 plumbers came out neither of them had an answer or even knew where to look for a problem with my basement backing up. They charged me on the spot. Then a few days later I was charged AGAIN. Almost $1000 has been taken from me and no answers or work done... one of the plummets was googling what to do and started opening my AC unit, which has nothing to do with the backing up issue. Mike L was great when he came out to give us a bid on a toilet replacement and as well as the replacement of our main drain. Very up front and answered all the questions we had asked. Once the work was done he had shown us all that had been replaced and explained what it had involved. A solid installation of the toilet and main drain without any leeks. Great job. Will call on him on any other plumbing project we may need.

my first experience with ServiceOne was a 20 point central A/C inspection. The technician was Milo "L" who was knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He did a routine check of my A/C and helped me understand how the whole process works. I would recommend Milo and his company to anyone interested in this type of service. Besides that has was a good old Thomas Jefferson guy from the hood.
