Mike L was efficient and professional! He arrived within the 30 minute window of when he called. My garbage disposal was leaking water and he replaced it with a newer better model with no questions asked! There was no mess and no clean up required when he left! I highly recommend Service One, Mike L. Specifically, for all your home warranty needs!
Tyrell from ServiceOne was my repair man on our dryer. He did a great job even called ahead to have us send him a picture of the model number so he got it right the first time. He wold us information about the dryer we never knew.

Israel came out to our residence after hours within 30 minutes this evening because the furnace was not functioning. He replaced the control panel and cleaned out the furnace meticulously before reassembling. Diagnosed and fixed the problem extremely fast and was polite and very professional. Would highly recommend my home owners policy with Service One and the amazing technicians to anyone! Thank you!
The service pro, Alan D., called prior to arriving as he should have. He was very courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although the required repair part needed to be ordered, a service call was promised for the next day. Can't get much better than that.
Israel M came today to check on why my heat pump was not putting out heat. He did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. I didn't have enough amps to property start up the system without sometimes tripping the breaker. Since I am on ServiceOne's gold plan, Israel called his boss and found out that he could put a booster on my electrical service that would solve this problem at NO CHARGE! He was very professional and made sure everything was up and running properly before he left. Thanks, Israel and ServiceOne!
Alan was friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledge able about his product and diligent about doing his work. Very clean about leaving his work area work area. very. Tho it was late in the evening he did a super job. Paul Kracher
