Hottest day of the year and the AC went out. Called ServiceOne and they came the next morning. The tech was Alan D. And he was awesome! Did a great job fixing the problem and explaining everything. Also very polite and friendly. Thanks, Alan!

We on the Gold Plan. Leak discovered this morning. Made emergency call. Tech determined the leak was from the water filter in the fridge. He shut off the water supply. Surprise! Fixing it is not covered. Additionally, having him some out on an emergeny basis, the call was $187.00. This place is a scam. Nothing is ever "covered".
RecommendedOnly had the house a few months. No reason to use AC until now. Worked for a few days than quit. Took a few days before they could come out which I knew would happen. Took Jesse S. about one hour to replace the parts that was needed and now I have a cool house again.
