Be warned! They do not stand by their work!!! This company was contracted by the sellers of our home to fix a leak. After moving in and taking ownership of the home we realized the leak was still present. Contacted the company and were informed that they will not come out and fix their job (which they had allegedly completed), because the contract with them had been cancelled by the previous owner. They said they fixed it...they did not, and will not, without us paying them additionally.
RecommendedThe Service Pros have always shown up when they say they are going to and have always fixed our issues. Alan D., our service pro today was so personable, and knowledgeable about our air conditioner. He didn't leave our house until he explained everything he did and how it was supposed to work. I would recommend Service One and Alan D. to anyone of my friends!

RecommendedChris called a half hour before arriving and once here he did a great job. I didn't have a say anything about cleaning up. He and his assistant did a great job of cleaning up and also replaced some things that needed replaced. He is an excellent worker. I forgot his assistant's name but he also did a great job.
