RecommendedRich B. was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. When the furnace and air conditioner were installed, Rich made sure everything was explained fully to me. I trust Service One and have a contract with them for repairs.
Requested service on fridge, was told and expected to pay the normal $75 deductible, but at the end of service find out it’s a fancy brand and it will be over $90, not a large difference but would have liked to known this going in. I’m told it’s because the parts are harder to find, but no actual repair was performed, just a diagnostics. Most repairmen that have come out have been very nice and knowledgeable, while a few were not that pleasent to interact with. RecommendedJoaquin was amazing! He was on time, cleaned up after he was done, was super friendly, and knew what he was doing. I would want him to fix any of my appliances when and if they break in the future. He fixed our stove burners-2 went out. Totally amazing job.
