Prompt service. Joaquin R. has been dispatched to repair our dryer and washer at different times and he is the best! He is a pro - really knows what to do, very thorough with making repairs. He is professional and polite. I know Joaquin is going to try his very best to fix the problem and would work hard to find a solution if he couldn't fix it right away.
