The individual service people that we have dealt with have always been great. This post relates to the service management. We have had a service contract with Service One for almost 30 years. Suddenly, we find that if we need a plumber we will need to wait 6 days unless we pay them an additional $125 'emergency' fee. At this point it would appear that they clearly do not have enough plumbers to cover the contracts that they have sold. Tech spends 30 mins looking at ice maker and says can’t find anything wrong with it. 15 mins later says the whole machine is probably broken and needs to be replaced for $450. Sounds like replace everything in order to fix what ever the problem is or they are pushing parts for more money.

They were so helpful in an emergency and made sure the job was done by others and done well. We had sewer backup in the basement and they contacted someone to snake out the roots and to do emergency clean up. They stayed until all clean up parties arrived. Above and beyond the extra mile.

Just had Josh H. over to install a check valve on our sump pump, as there was an air lock and a lot of water was backflowing after being pumped out. Josh was very friendly, professional, and had the job done in about 5 minutes. We have used ServiceOne for several years now and appreciate the many services offered!
