Just had Larry M. do my furnace check. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he introduced himself and took a minute for my dogs to get used to him. He went right to work took time to explain a few problems to me and corrected them. Showed me the better recommended filter to use. He was prompt, courteous and very personable. Definitely recommend Larry and Service One.
Alan D took the time to explain exactly what he was looking for and spoke in terms I could understand. He even went above and beyond and changed my furnace filter that I kept forgetting.
My furnace was not starting as the thermostat indicated. Alan Donaldson came promptly, resolved the problem quickly and gave me a full description of the resolution. He was courteous and efficient.
