RecommendedDependable...no surprises
Generally speaking they can repair just about anything which saves a lot of money on replacing things.
These people are a nightmare. We just installed a new air conditioner less than 2 years ago, and it already has a leak and needs a new coil. But trying to get them to fix it has been a disaster. Bad products...worse service. Good luck if you choose these guys.

We had service one for the entire 18 years we owned our house. Only once or twice have they disappointed us. Last month we sold our home and bought a one year policy for the new owners. My husband is a realtor and he often purchases a Service One warranty as a house warming gift for his buyers. Today we were charged for our final month of service even though our house was sold last month and a new contract for that house was already in place.
