Never have I ever been more disappointed and pissed off in my life with a comapny and their severe lack of attention to a persistent problem. You guys always try to find a way out of fixing things that are clearly covered under your “warranty”. Not to mention your receptionists. They literally answer the call sounding like they not only hate their life, but yours as well. They are the epitome of what NOT to be in customer service.
