Service one is always polite, knowledgeable, efficient. Also they always explain the issue so the customer understand.
The service from the techs was ok, but god forbid you ever try to cancel. They will ignore written. requests sent to them. They ignore you when you try to contact them through their website. they sent me a check for a 3 month credit, what about the other six months you continued to bill? I have asked repeatedly for a copy of my contract and they won't provide it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
The service people are on time, know their job, and are pleasant. Mike was my service person today, and those attributes definitely fit him.
Israel was my tech for the furnace. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors, polite, pleasant, informative, listened when i expressed a couple of concerns and correct those concerns. explained work that was completed. He is an asset to your company.
Alan serviced my furnace today and gave me so much valuable information. Definitely recommend him!! Thanks Alan!
