Briefly, the heat coil in the dryer burned out. Called service one for repair. Service One came out the next day. The repair cost us $80.25, however the replacement part cost 150. We’ve been with service one a long time and if they can’t fix it they replace it. So you do get little rebates here and there
Just had technician Joaquin over to help with a fridge repair. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, and respectful. He was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly, and even showed me some of the behind the scenes on what was wrong. Would highly recommend Joaquin as a technician.

The repair man that came today to fix my dryer was very professional and was familiar with the type of machine I have. Tyrell quickly fixed the problem and explained to me very clearly and thoroughly how to best break in the new parts when using my dryer.
