A HUGE thank you to Alan for repairing my burned out circuit board yesterday. My home was about 90 degrees and he had to replace more wiring than originally discovered. He took his time and explained everything he did and even took the time to throw ball for one of my dogs. I was very impressed with his concern for myself and my animals as hot as it was in the house. We had been without AC for several days. Chris R. was very professional with explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very personable with us. He found the issue. We now have AC for the holiday. While they do have to come back to complete the fixes needed. The process was very pleasant.
Service One thank you for sending Joaquin to my home. He was very thorough, timely and helpful. He not only showed me what issues I was having with my dishwasher, but he provided several ideas and/or suggestions for possible next steps. He also cleaned the inside of the dishwasher as well as all around it. He even took time to try help me to discover the other main issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone especially people that have as many questions as I did.
Joaquin did a great job and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He needs a raise and deserves it!
RecommendedJoaquin R. was excellent. He explained everything that he was doing and why. He told us what the problem was and explained that he needed to order a circuit board for the dryer and that we should hear from them in about a week to schedule a time to return and install it. He told me that I could still use the dryer but to watch it as the current board was short circuiting. RecommendedThe bathroom shower fixture needed a new valve which involved cutting through the tile to get to the valve to replace it. Mike L thoroughly explained what he'd have to do and ensured us that our new Moen fixture has replacement parts readily available, unlike the fixture we had installed 15 years ago. :( He completed the work, cleaned up the tile dust and left the bathroom in great shape. Thanks Mike and ServiceOne for the quick and professional work!
Honestly received the most condescending, let-me-get-done-as-fast-as-possible service from Alan D I've ever received. After demonstrating that the air wasn't blowing any less hot than when he got here, I got the "wait 20 minutes" add-blinker-fluid treatment. So now I get to miss another day of work for the comeback, and part I get a technician who will troubleshoot.
