Great service by Alan today when he came to work on our AC. He ended up needing a new fan which is covered but needs to be ordered.
Just moved to Omaha one year ago. AC went out Tuesday and was 83 degrees in the house. Absolutely the busiest time of the year for them with AC repairs. First thought it would be Friday before they could come but they were able to get here today, Thursday. Cliff G was excellent!!! He was friendly, professional and very informative. If I could give service one a zero star I would because one star is being too generous. My mom has had service one for years and even though she pays a monthly fee, we still had to pay for them to come out whether they fixed anything or not. Nine out of ten we were told that something wasn't covered in our plan. What's the point of paying for a service that doesn't fix much of anything? It's sad that there doesn't seem to be companies that really care about their customers and are actually understanding instead of giving you... read more
I called Service One on a Monday with a broken AC unit. I was told Friday was the first available appointment. Clearly with temperatures near 100 degrees, I could not wait 5 days for AC in my house (kids ages 2, 3, and 5) asked for a supervisor to call me and have yet to hear back from someone. I have been a customer of service one for years because I thought they would be there for me when things went wrong with my house. Well, needless to say, I was wrong. Horrible experience.
Great fast service . I had a few questions and Tyrell D answered all of them for us ! Would highly recommend him !
