Service One's service has more than saved us for the cost and fees. Being in the military I just wish Service One would be available in my future area or a company like Service One.
The afternoon took a turn for the worse when the water running out of our garage, was traced back through a storage room and up the wall to the kitchen sink upstairs. Despite our best efforts, we could not shut it all the way off. Lorin L. arrived extremely quickly and was able to replace the shut-offs that weren't working, and gave us good advice for replacing the faucet, whose flexible tubing is what caused the initial issue. Just 3 days after I purchase my home I needed some AC work done. Alan D. came out and within a minute already knew what needed to be done. He also installed a new thermostat for me, programmed it and showed me all the cool digital features. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He went above and beyond what I was expecting!

I had two separate plumbing issues. Service One sent plumbers to resolve both issues the day I called. Chris M arrived on time to resolve backed-up tub. RecommendedFred W. was very courteous, helpful and very efficient. He even went out of his waty to put things back in the refrigerator just because my back was hurting so badly. He cleaned up quickly and it was as if he was never here, except my refrigerator now works!!!! Thank you.!
