Cliff G.came out to do the furnace check and did a little extra work on my humidifier to get it working again. Service one reps are always within their scheduled window. They are very polite, do not try to constantly upsell and constantly scare you to death that everything is about to blow up like some companies. I have the home warranty plan and they have replaced a couple of appliances without any problems. They are kind of expensive but their plan and service does give peace of mind
I had a leak and Cory came out the same day I called and diagnosed the problem. Later in the week Cory and Lorin came to fix the problem. They did such a great job and went above and beyond to resolve all the issues. I cannot say enough nice things about all their help. Thank so much, Gentlemen.

Lorin L came to our house today to determine the cause of "water hammer" that we have been experiencing when using the shower. He was very thorough in his assessment of the cause of this problem and obviously very knowledgeable in dealing with this type of plumbing problem. In addition to his technical competence he was pleasant to work with and very professional in the manner in which he interacted with us.
Cory was awesome and highly professional! He diagnosed our issue and because it took unique parts, came back and repaired our shut-off valve quickly and efficiently. I seriously would not own a home without a ServiceOne home warranty!! We appreciate that it is a local company that employs technicians for all trades ... and never have issues with scheduling appointments. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

RecommendedWe noticed the house was getting chilling and found the furnace was not running. I called ServiceOne at 3:30 and a tech was there by 5:45. He assessed the problem and explained options to us. We felt Cliff was very knowledgeable about the furnace and made us feel confident about the repair.
