ServiceOne did an excellent job at my house. They did better than I expected.
RecommendedHave been a customer since 1990. Always prompt and through service. Service One even corrected a contracted plumbers mistakes who was part of a contracted kitchen remodel. Larry was through and courteous. Trustworthy, they can be trusted to do a great job while you are at work.
Alan D came out and got our furnace all ready for winter. Thank you! We had a very nice conversation too which added to the "personal touch". We've had ServiceOne out two different occasions and both times have been very good service!
Larry thought he was coming to fix my furnace, but it was my refrigerator that I needed fixed. He changed mode and gladly began to work on my refrigerator problem. He completed the job in a very timely manner and was awesome! Thank you Larry and I give you an E for Excellent!!
We have had Service One for over 20yrs & have always been satisfied with the service we have received. Yesterday Jesse S was our service pro for our fall furnace check up. He was courteous & knowledgeable & a pleasure to have in our home. :)
Cliff G was prompt, organized and seemed knowledgable for my furnace check. He did a good job.
This is our first experience with Service One (it came with the house we bought) and are too new to evaluate the company as a whole, but do want to compliment Lorin L . He was the fourth technician to work on our leaking kitchen faucet, and solved the problem in minutes. He also was very knowledgeable regarding our plan, and answered every question we had. I'm not sure if he is able to work on all problems, but we will be sure to ask for him any time we have a problem.
We just got our annual furnace check and was very impressed by the professionalism of Alan D. He was very thorough with the furnace check and then explained to me a few things about our humidifier. Kudos to Alan and I would definitely recommend him when getting your furnace and a/c checks!
This was my first experience since I contracted with ServiceGuard. They called and said that with my contract I was entitled to a free furnace inspection. Jesse S did the inspection and found I had a cracked heat-exchanger that was still under warranty (except the labor). It took awhile for the mfg to ship the parts but when they arrived Jesse S did a wonderful job replacing them.
