RecommendedLarry M. with ServiceOne was great. He found a faulty heat exchange in our furnace and once he got the parts, he installed it without a hitch. He kept me abreast of what he was doing each step of the way and was very knowledgeable and professional with the questions that I asked him. I would have him back again.
Cliff was great! Provided the assistance we needed with our furnace and heat pump! Gave us some additional training on our thermostat!
Over the weekend, my heat pump stopped generating heat and I got on the blower to request some assistance. They sent out Cliff G, who has been to my house before. He resolved the problem and as an added bonus gave me some good recommendations on the future of my heating unit. As before when he came out, he was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Have had ServiceOne since purchasing our home 26 yrs. ago, recommended by previous owners. Cory A has served us before, and his work has been outstanding. He is one of the few who explains what and why he is doing. Very friendly, and efficient.
We have paid our monthly fees for over 15 yrs. maybe more. We have been waiting over a week and a half to get an igniter installed. Canceling our subscription. Will go with local businesses. Very disappointed. No sense of urgency.

Alan D. Was our furnace inspection technician, He was prompt, knowledgable, clean and polite, He kept us posted regarding time of arrival, etc. He discovered a part that needed replacement and he made the arrangements for us to have it replaced. As a whole, I am extremely pleased with the Service One operation.
Lorin L. did an excellent job with the installation of a new garbage disposal in our home. He was professional and thorough and answered all the questions I had. He was very personable as well. I definitely would recommend a Service One warranty contract on your home. It is well worth it to protect your home investment and if I had any plumbing issues I wouldn't hesitate to ask for Lorin.
