I have liked all my techs that have come out!! Very nice and good people... my problem is it seems like when I need a part they NEVER have anything which means they have to order it and then schedule another time to come back.... the parts seems to take weeks to come in when they say they will put a rush on it. Then you have to set up a date to have then come back which could be a week... so far I have been out of an ac for a week and the part still isn't in!!! RecommendedLast Sunday Afternoon late, our Air Conditioner began to fail. Both my husband and I have asthma and he has a heart condition. I did not expect anyone to be able to help us so soon but Cliff did. He replaced a part and in less than half an hour it was replaced and we were on our way to a cool home. Alan rushed to help us when our air conditioner failed and got to us the same day I called. I have COPD and he really responded to my call for help. Alan quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and the house felt cooler within 20 minutes. He fully explained the cause for our problem and made some adjustments to help us going forward. This was REALLY a positive experience for us and Alan is SUPER!

I was so pleased to hear that Service One moved my repair date up 9 days, as I had no air conditioning at all. Larry M. was again, very courteous, friendly, and wanted to hear my side of the problem. RecommendedServiceOne technician, Jesse S., arrived at my residence to service my air conditioner on 6/16/2016. He was knowledgeable, well organized, and competent. He rapidly analyzed the problem, got the parts needed for repair and installed them. After cleaning the area of the maintenance, he checked the Freon level/pressure and temperature in the house and output of the condensing unit.
