Jeremy E did a great job on the annual furnace inspect and clean. He was completely professional and it was a pleasure doing business with ServiceOne today.
Horribly customer service. The people you get transferred to are never in their office and I always have to call multiple times. The online support live chat says they will help you and then they never reply back. After waiting months to be able to cancel my yearly warranty I had to make 4-5 contact attempts to cancel over several weeks. I was told it was expiring on the 21st of October which is tomorrow and they just charged my account again after no renewal notice and being told it was expiring.
Jason W. came to fix our A/C yesterday and we were VERY happy with the service we received and with Jason's knowledge and helpfulness. We are really fortunate we signed up with ServiceOne and will recommend them to our friends, family and customers.
I've been a ServiceOne customer for at least 25 years and have always received good service and today was no exception. Erich R. was out to do our annual furnace check and look at a leak in the AC. He did a great job tracking down where it was leaking and fixing the problem. He also did a great job on the furnace check and made some minor adjustments to make it run more efficiently. I found Erich to be very professional but still friendly and I want to commend him on the great job he did today!

I've had Larry M. (HVAC) come out to our house twice and both times he has been friendly and upbeat. He is very knowledgeable in what he does.

We had air conditioner issue Not Working. I call Service one and Cliff G and Justin S. came to the rescue, They we're polite, professional and had the air fixed and running in no time. Great job guys. Thank you Every time we have called Service One they are amazing!
