Horrible customer service. Can't believe the way they treat their customers. Had a yearly maintenance check on our AC unit yesterday, was working fine before said check up, and AC quit working 15 minutes after the technician left. Called first thing this morning (7am) and was told no one could come out to fix it for 9 days. Since we had no issues with our AC before the technician showed up and on our check list he found nothing wrong, I find it very coincidental that it just stopped working once he left. Excellent service, called when they were supposed to and came over a few minutes later. Did not have to wait all day for them to show up.
We have been with Service One for several years. We have always had great service! The employees arrive when they say they will. They are clean, respectful,friendly and honest. They have always fixed whatever issue we were having. Malo was great. We were having HVAC problems and the house was starting to heat up. He was able to locate the problem, fix it, explain what was done and didn't leave until he was certain everything was working properly.

RecommendedI was very pleased with the Service One technician that came to my house to fix my dishwasher. He was very polite, and thorough in his work. He even took the time to check the electrical breaker panel in the basement to see if that had caused some of the problem with the dishwasher.

ServiceOne is a convenient organization that can be trusted.I have been a customer for many years. The complimentary furnace and A/C inspection are two of my favorite services. The service providers are polite and professional,especially Cliff. I highly recommend ServiceOne.
