Jonathan C. was great. He knew exactly what he was doing and had everything finished in about 45 min after he arrived. He had the part we needed with him already so we didn't have to wait to have it shipped or brought over by another technician.
RecommendedOur dryer quit drying. Called Serviceone in the a.m. and they were able to get someone out the same day. Kevin M. was the technician who fixed our dryer. He was courteous, professional, knowledgable and didn't mind the homeowner asking a few questions. He made a suggestion to make our utility room more functional. An excellent experience. Would have him back without question should we have any other issues.
