I have had a Service One contract for over one year and I like having the piece of mind knowing my heating and air conditioning units are covered. I love that Service One contacts me to schedule routine maintenance on my units and the fact that the service call is included in the price of the warranty is a bonus.
It is do great to know that when something goes wrong around the house all you have to do is make a call. We've been very happy with the service and love the preventative heating and a/c services as well!
As always, Service One gets the job done right the first time. The service people are neat, honest and do the job quickly and correct.
The most unprofessional rudest person I have ever had to deal with I have never had an issue with the technicians but the woman who deals with customers/accounts and claims to be the manager is disrespectful and RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!!!!!
Been out twice already and still no heat or air. Cant take off a third day and cant even get straight answers for how much or how long. Not happy at all.
RecommendedWe had a great experience with Service One. The technician, Craig, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He fixed a dishwasher that I thought would have to be replaced. And he did it very quickly. Highly recommended!
Brenda, the Home Warranty Account Manager, is amazingly friendly and goes over and above to find the right solution for me and my clients. Dave, the Customer Representative, is personable and makes sure you are informed during every step of the process. The follow up call is rare in these days, but Dave makes it a priority. Technicians were great. One person at the office was very unfriendly and rude. She ruined my whole experience. I have my contract until December but I rather let that expire then give them or more penny. In addition even if you have a contract it is very limited. Read what your plan covers before buying.
RecommendedI have been a Service One customer for several years and have been amazed at the quality of service and care they have provided whenever I have had need of help. The technicians and entire staff have always been knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, considerate, kind and have gone out of their way to be sure my needs were taken care of properly. I am very appreciative of the care I have received and highly recommend Service One without reservation.
