Bought my house last week and immediately the washer didnt work..Service one came out and pronounced it "dead". Now I have a brand new one coming Thursday :)
It seems like whenever we need any service on the air conditioner it takes them forever to come out. We had things inspected in Dec. and I assumed everything was ok. Today our air conditioner is frozen and they can't get out until Thursday afternoon. They tell me we had it inspected, we didn't have maintenance. Like I am supposed to know the difference! May be time to change companies or just save the money we spend every month and pay a company that will come out before six days.
Great warranty company! I use them and highly recommend them for all types of home repairs! Very reliable and efficient!!!
