Jonathan C was very helpful when he inspected my air conditioner for Service One. He found the freon was low for the air conditioner and added half a pound. He also said to call back on a warmer day in the 70's to get a full check on the air conditioner to make sure it was cooling right. It was rainy and too cool the day he was here. I am covered for air conditioner and washer dryer repair under my silver service guard plan.
