When removing the part, he seemed to know exactly where the mounting screws were located even without looking. Service One decided a 32 yr old stove was ok to use and it almost burnt my house down. Beware this is a terrible waste of money.
My hot water tank was inconsistent in how much water it would heat. One day I'd have plenty of hot water ~ the next I'd be lucky to have enough hot water for a shower or bath. Kevin M. was my ServiceOne Pro and he was beyond excellent. He removed the regulator and it was coated with sediment. Kevin was thorough, quick, friendly and most informative about the new "tankless" heaters and other products.
