Great company that supports the kids in its communities. Associa was nice enough to provide a monetary donation for my son's 13U travel baseball team. The process to request and get approval was very easy. The customer service and communication with an Associa representative has been wonderful. I know the team truly appreciates the support. Thank you!

I've been a co-owner for the past year at the Brownstones in Royal Oak, MI. Our management is severely lacking in their ability to do much else but maintain the lawn and bushes. Maintenance of exhaust pipes (roof - rusted pipe leaked water into our bathroom, damaging wall and ceiling), easement (basement is exposed from behind outside staircase - from the basement you can see light coming in and feel a breeze which is cold in the winter), railing for stairs that are completely rusted and not attached on one side, and crumbli... read more

Been without a board for 2+ years, HRW raised fees in that time, because no board to push back. Meanwhile we can't get safety issues fixed cleanup from last years hurricane hasn't been cleaned up. There lawn crew sandblast our vehicles and we can't get answers, they don't return phone calls,or emails they constantly avoid anything to do with the community. All they want is there money, we pay for a service and get zero in return. I've been pushing for a new meeting to elect a board and Delores avoids they issue at all cost. ... read more

Most interaction I've had with C-era has been negative and many of my condo neighbors have the same experience. Emailed communication is often accusatory and negative towards condo owners. I would prefer to unsubscribe to their emails but then I'd be missing out on all building announcements. The sandgate building 1 has been broken into 4 times now and the owners were blamed, instead of finding ways to protect us and our belongings, they have only recently implemented key fob/ card access to the building and just make me fee... read more

In the fall of 2017, the board chose to hire ******** Association ******** ***** as our new property management company. Associa has poor follow up and follow through on their commitments to our neighborhood. Since March 28th, we have filed a request to repair our community gate and while they are quick to collect our monthly Association fees(which we pay additional for gate upkeep)they lack the follow through and our gate is still not fixed according to their agreements. I feel stuck as their inability to provide repairs which I pay for monthly are not taken seriously. Worst association ever.

If I could give zero stars, I would do so. Associa's customer service is among the worst of any company I have ever encountered. Requests on their portals are never answered. Direct emails to their community contacts go unanswered. They have made numerous mistakes on our account and it is very difficult to get things corrected. I find it hard to understand BBB's rating of this company. It truly is a poor excuse for a property management firm.

This company has created an intense stress on our lives when it comes to living at our property. We have leaks in our roof and I have sent multiple emails, and have had to follow up 3 or 4 times with several different people to get an answer on any plan of action. Most emails are simply an email to just say that they've responded, but with no answers to any of my questions or concerns. Worst management company I've ever experienced. I've sent multiple complaints about neighbors street parking and the manager Bette never respond, but when there's something she doesn't like or agree with she quick to send you letters and contact your companies regional headquarters to complain about you. Someone other then Bette needs to be handling complaints about bette. Every time I've called to speak to someone else the headquarters always forward us to Bette.
