Our family has been part of Associa for 15 years. We learned of their Associa Supports Kids programs at a neighborhood event. This program provides sponsorships for children's team activities allowing Associa to support the community in which they serve. We are grateful for the support our children and their teammates have received over the years and encourage all parents to allow Associa to serve them in another capacity.

Associa Minnesota is TERRIBLE. I moved in 3 years ago and have had nothing positive to say about them. They manage the prestigious neighborhood in Blaine I live in. It is the subdivision Crown Meadows association. At the beginning it was landscaping concerns where I was not having my shrubs trimmed. My shrubs were so overgrown they covered my front door, you couldn't even get to the door! Then there was a severe hail storm that damaged everyone's homes. My AC unit was damaged. I can't even fill out 1 star. I have lived here for a year. I requested a year ago to have my deck fixed. It has been a year and I have jumped through all of their hoop to fill out the right forms now three times and the deck is still not fixed. I have all the documents to back up these claims.

We held our 3rd Annual Neighbors Night Out last night, September 10, at The Lakes at Traditions, Edmond, OK. Kayla ****** and Caitlin ******* from Neighborhood Services provided great assistance at our HOA table. They helped neighbors check contact information, passed out some footballs and other items, sold gate remotes, and offered a welcoming presence. We truly appreciate all their help.

I moved in to a brand new condo community that is managed by Associa and the landscaping is a disaster. I have called them 3 times over 3 weeks and nothing has been done. I should not have to call. This is their job to manage. There are tree shoots all over the property that are taking over and some are 2 feet high. There are 7 dead trees that I can see from my balcony. Leisure Village in Fox Lake, IL is managed by a Sharon ****** who I have found to be the most uncooperative, unprofessional and unresponsive person to deal with. My shared driveway owner put in a request to have our driveway resealed again which is damaged every winter by the Association's snow removal crew. We have complained about it but we've been told, TOUGH, that's your problem. The paperwork was submitted on July 12, 2019. Very disappointed in Associa B.C. Found them to be lacking in professionalism, effective management, property maintenance, and customer service. Would not recommend using them to manage a property or reside in an apartment/condominium complex managed by them.

I am a very unhappy owner with the community group in Virginia Beach, I purchased a unit 3 years ago which was totally rebuilt because of a fire. I had a year contract on it with anything that went wrong with it. My two bedroom walls were cracked so the contractor came out to fit it but they cracked again therefore they came back up to fix the walls. This went on for at least 3 or 4 times. Slow and no responses from the association on ongoing issues. They have not responded to my request to see financial documents and it has been over a month since i sent in the request. I called associa and asked what the service level agreement is for responding to request. They said 48 hours. It has been over 3 weeks since and no responses. Also, when I called the receptionist said that they have received more requests than expected. Don't you think that tells you something?
