THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They sent my bills to an incorrect location for almost two years, never once thinking they should look into the returned mail, then billed me all the fees WITHOUT any admission of wrongdoing on even a partial level. On top of that, they raise fees considerably each year, far more than can be justified for what is being offered. IF YOU ARE CHOOSING BETWEEN DIFFERENT PLACES TO LIVE AND ONE HAS AN HOA WITH THESE PEOPLE, LIVE ELSEWHERE!

Horrible customer service ! Received homeowners meeting notice after meeting was over. They do not return calls or email. The neighborhood maintenance is second rate. Buying my own lawn mower! Apparently they raise the HOA fees and I don't know by how much. Really!!! Siding has been damaged by the all elusive lawn company. I don't know the stay-in business, must be lack of competitors. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. This is the WORST management group I've ever had in an HOA. My neighbors and I have contacted the company multiple times regarding CC&R violations. It's rare for the company to respond, and if they do, their e-mails are belittling, disrespectful and rude. Community concerns go unaddressed and they don't do anything to enforce CC&R's. If anyone is planning on using this company, I suggest you run for the hills. Beware.

Getting in touch with an employee here is next to impossible. Since they took over our association in November 2019, I have left voice messages and sent emails at least a dozen times. The one email response I received said they'd look into my question with another department...that was 6 weeks ago. I've followed up 3 times since then, and crickets. The phone is never answered, always goes to voice mail and it seems like there's no way to keep anyone accountable for providing basic answers. What a joke.

Our realtor has been asking for an estoppel letter for 2 weeks. Associa says no one has the homeowner records even though they took over this association 6 weeks ago. this will skuttle our closing. if that happens, we will contact legal counsel. this is a ridiculous way to do business.

In silver spring Maryland, what I have experienced is the totally nightmare with Associa. The HOA fee increased 4 times in 1 year and 9 months, but the owner was deliberately not notified, resulting in the balance due in HOA account. When the owner's account is in arrears, instead of notifying the owner according to the policy, the Associa increases the annual budget of the collection (42.58%), inviting the collection company to conduct additional extortion from the owner. This company did not provide good customer service. They were unethical, rude, disrespectful, unresponsive, negligent, and uncaring.

Associa = garbage. I am a recent condo owner in Las Vegas and have been fighting with the inept management of Associa since moving in...if you are considering buying property and has Associa tagged on it, don't just walk...RUN. If anyone from Associa South is monitoring, i would love to speak with anyone and attempt resolutions because it is truly to the point of comical...

SLUM LORDS, SLUM LORDS, CORRUPT....Glade to know HRW is the most corrupt dishonest self serving home owners association. For a couple YEARS now they ignore our flooding problem and the fences falling down the hurricane debris that still around from 2 years ago, shingles blowing off roofs , siding that hasn't been cleaned in years, a lawn crew that cuts the grass more in winter tan in summer 35" tall in summer before they cut it, a half a millimeter in the winter and they cut it, they blow debris at our vehicles and buildings... read more
